Shipping policy

Brow & Lashberry offers complimentary delivery within Canada for orders totaling $150 or more (before taxes). Orders below $150 incur a standard domestic shipping cost of around $15.

Customs and brokerage fees, duties and taxes

If you are ordering from a location outside of Canada (including the United States), you may be required to pay customs and brokerage fees, as well as duties and taxes to your country's government. Brow & Lashberry does not collect or assess these fees and taxes. For an estimate of the amount you will owe, please contact your country's customs office.

Please note that Brow & Lashberry cannot alter or undervalue the declared value of an international shipment. The total value of the items purchased will be mentioned on the customs declaration.

In addition to duties and taxes, there may be an additional brokerage fee payable to your country's postal system for certain international shipping methods. This fee covers the cost of expediting the clearance of your shipment through your country's customs process. You should inquire with your local postal office to estimate any brokerage fees.

Failure to pay duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may result in the parcel being destroyed by your country's customs office, and in such cases, refunds will not be issued. Refunds can only be provided for parcels that are returned to Brow & Lashberry.
